GGU-ELASTIC: "Flow" menu item

From the calculated stresses and the shear parameters  and c, the flow condition after Mohr/Coulomb is calculated and displayed.

The colours with which elastic and plastic areas are represented can be edited in the menu item "Pen colour and width" with the "elastic" and "plastic" buttons.
