GGU-OEDOM: Constrained modulus evaluation

The standard evaluation method is by means of the constrained moduli. The constrained moduli are calculated using:

If you activate the "Calculate constrained moduli with initial height" check box in the dialog box of the "Edit/Tests" menu item, the initial height is used as "h", but this is generally unusual.
